5. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Peptivium Labs is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
  • Missed Deliveries / Refused Shipments: If a package is returned due to refusal or failure to collect, the reshipment cost will be borne by the customer.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@peptiviumlabs.com. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
